The PROSL1002 is built to be used on dual slide gates within the specifications of:
Length - up to 30 ft. in length Per Leaf with openings up to 40 ft. AND

The PROSL1002 is a complete dual gate opening system put together by Gate-Openers.com with everything you need automate a dual gate. It includes the entire contents of the GTO/PRO® SL 1000 single gate opener kit combined with the GTO/PRO® SL 1200 dual gate upgrade kit, both made by GTO,inc.

The PROSL1002 should be used on driveway gates in residential or light commercial settings that have gates constructed of aluminum, steel, wood, or chain link. The PROSL1002 can be plugged into any standard house outlet using the provided transformer so the is no need for an electrician. If a power outlet is not within 1000’ the PROSL1002 can still be operated using solar panels. All power for the motor and accessories are drawn from an included 12V DC battery, which is also used to power the motor during loss of power. Pro SL 1002 Gate Openers feature a Heavy Duty SL-1000 Series Control Board providing unique control over the opening and closing slide gates. The Control Board highlights adjustable obstruction sensing in both open and close modes to minimize damage to the gate and the obstruction during periods of impediment. The control board also allows the user to adjust their system for auto closing and gate sequencing. The Pro SL 1002 also includes a heavy-duty transformer, built to resist power surges and static charges. The Pro SL 1002 is fully capable and ready to add accessories and modify the system to reflect the users system needs. The Pro SL 1002 can be modified to work with GTO accessories including: solar panels, gate transmitter, exit wand, digital keypad, and more.

The SL1002 has the Brake Lock. The brake lock will prevent the gate from being pushed opened.
